Realtors get your continuing education credits and get lead safe. Our course is approved by Alabama Real Estate Commission for 8 hours of continuing education credit. If your firm has pay for any repair work; even one window to be replaced, painting or any repair or remodeling since the Lead Safe Work Practices Law was enacted nationwide on April 22, 2012, you are required to have this training. Property managers, investors, and salespersons who pay for work to be done on target properties; any home built before 1978, child occupied facilities, daycares, schools, apartments, etc. must be State certified.
